It would be hard to beat the warm hospitality that we received from the owners of Morningside. The location of the cottage is excellent as it is a short walk from both the town of Stanhope, the heritage railway and the open countryside / moorland. Excellent.

This was a perfect family break: close to the town amenities, including - much to our daughter's delight - an outdoor swimming pool which was visited every day. The owners were welcoming and helpful in all respects. We would definitely go back!
